I was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine, and have lived in Greece since 1996. Long before I became a writer, my life moved through very different worlds — engineering, entrepreneurship, international investment and development projects, psychology, and therapeutic practices.

Books, however, were there from the beginning. I learned to read at six and joined a library at seven, moving from folklore and classic literature to detective stories, romance, science fiction, and fantasy. For years, writing remained somewhere in the background — something others saw in me before I chose it for myself.

In 2023, I finally began to write. What started as a story became the world of Lumora and The Lumora Chronicles.

My professional background inevitably found its way into that world. Psychology taught me to look beneath what people say and ask what drives their choices. Engineering taught me to build systems in which every part has consequences. And life taught me that becoming someone new often means leaving something behind.

Those ideas became central to The Lumora Chronicles: identity, choice, power, transformation, and the price we pay for becoming who we choose to be.

Painting The Future: It's Already Watching is the first journey into that world.
